Franklin (Tenn.) 3-star WR Emanuel Hall announces his #Mizzou commitment on Twitter. Solid grab for the Tigers.

#Mizzou continues to do a nice job in the Nashville area. Hall is the fourth commitment from the surrounding area in last two classes.

Missouri has two more 2015 commits from Franklin, TN, than it does from Texas at this point.

Emanuel Hall became Missouri's 11th commitment in the class of 2015 today, selecting Gary Pinkel's Tigers over offers from Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kansas, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, and, evidently his other finalist, Louisville. As referenced above, Franklin, Tenn., is becoming a hotspot of sorts for Mizzou -- 2015 kicker commit Corey Fatony and 2014 signees Paul Adams and Thomas Richard coming from nearby.
Hall is a lanky 6'3, 185, a nice complement to smaller slot receiver Richaud Floyd, who committed earlier this week. His Hudl film above shows a long strider with a frame that could rather easily end up holding another 20-25 pounds. Centennial High uses him as both a short option on jet sweeps and quick outs and as a deeper option on bombs and trick plays. His footwork is outstanding, to the point where he doesn't seem to need to wiggle his hips much to change direction. He strikes me as a skinny Bud Sasser in that regard, perhaps with more speed and a little less potential strength.
After a quiet few weeks, Mizzou has landed two receiver prospects this week. At 11 commits, the Tigers are probably just about at the halfway point of this year's recruiting class, with a quarterback (Drew Lock), three running backs (Nate Strong, Ryan Williams, Chase Abbington), three receivers/tight ends (Hall, Floyd, Daniel Imatorbhebhe), two offensive linemen (A.J. Harris, Tanner Owen), an athlete (Cam Hilton), and a kicker (Corey Fatony). Safe to say, the Tigers are quite possibly just about done on the offensive side of the ball. For the remaining nine to 13 commits, expect a majority to be defenders.
Welcome, Emanuel. Apologies in advance for inevitably adding a second "m" to your name between one and 100 times in the future.
