In a move we suspected could happen as soon as Josh Heupel flipped Micah Wilson from Boise State, Rivals four-star running back Damarea Crockett has announced he's committed to Mizzou.

Crockett is Mizzou's 16th commit for the 2016 class, the third four-star recruit, and the second four-star running back after long time JUCO commit Natereace Strong. Three-star running back Justin Crawford is also in Columbia for an official visit.
(Mizzou has a host of 2016 commits on campus this weekend.)
The 5'11, 212 running back has been a long time commit for the blue Broncos, pledging back in July of 2015 and visiting them the weekend of January the 15th. Part of this could be related to the Bronco's offensive coordinator leaving for North Carolina State just last week.
Mizzou hoops commit Mitchell Smith is a fan of this move:
Yeaaaaaa my guy @DamareaCrockett a tiger now ! Welcome to the family #TheZou
