FOOTBALL!!!!!
First off, breaking news from PowerMizzou: Chaminade's Brandon Hannah has committed to Mizzou! Hannah has slipped a smidge off the radar after a couple of knee injuries, but he has big-time WR potential with near-TE size (6'3, 230ish). That makes six commits for Mizzou so far in this class ... at least one-third of the likely available scholarships.

The Trib (Dave Matter): Another spring practice in the books
WR Rolandis Woodland put together another solid practice on Thursday. Woodland is thrilled to be practicing with the first-team offense but knows he’ll have to earn that promotion over the next few weeks and months. One thing he wanted to make clear: He never considered transferring this offseason. A few months ago Woodland mentioned on his Facebook page that he was headed out to California, instantly sparking speculation that he was transferring. "People thought I was going to UCLA or a junior college," Woodland told me. Nope and nope. Turns out, Woodland’s mother moved out to California and he headed west to visit her. "But you know how the rumor mill works," he said. "I’m always going to be a Tiger."

10 plays, eight passes, and the ball didn't hit the turf once. Right now, according to Barnes, it's about the team building consistency. Over the first two practices, the 2010 Tigers appear to be doing just that on offense. And, that's where the 2007 squad made its name. -
