Rock M Nation BlogPoll, Week 10: Static Top Four and the Return of the MAC

No change at the top of this voter's ballot, but one non AQ conference has more teams in it than some BCS leagues.

Derick E. Hingle-US PRESSWIRE

How about a little music at the top of this ballot. Excuse me as I flash back to the mid 1990s:

Yeah, I've probably overvalued the Mid-American Conference as a person who has a direct connection to one MAC school and indirect connections via friends/family to three others. The MACtion this season hasn't been as off the charts as it usually is, but there are some intriguing battles coming up.

The MAC plays midweek a lot once the calendar hits November, starting tonight with Toledo hosting Ball State in a MAC West Division showdown. The Rockets, currently a half game behind Northern Illinois, need a win to keep pace with the Huskies. Ball State already has six wins and is looking to position themselves for an at-large bowl bid.

So three MAC teams crack my top 25. Which means I have as many MAC teams as I do Big Ten teams, and more than I have from the ACC.

I might be losing my mind.

Anyway, here's my full Top 25:
