1. Is the SEC the most talented conference in the country?

In terms of overall draft picks, the SEC has more talent than any other conference. They have 453 picks vs a BCS average of 318. The next highest conference is actually the Big Ten at 394. The advantage is slightly diminished when accounting for draft picks by team, but they still hold a lead over the surprising second place Big Ten.
