Mizzou Baseball has a great night, Mizzou Gymnastics will soon have a new coach, and JYD is still doing JYD things.

Mizzou Gymnastics had a pretty tough year in the ridiculously good SEC, but I still didn't see a resignation coming here. Drass has been good for the program, but now I guess it's time to look for someone better.

He finished with a dual meet record of 146-115 at Missouri. Drass' final team finished 3-11 in duals and lost each SEC dual, all of them against Top 25 ranked teams.

The Tigers began ranked in the Top 25 this season but quickly fell from the polls during an injury-plagued start. By the fourth meet of the season, Missouri had lost three contributors to season-ending injuries.

Sophomore Rachel Updike, an All-American last season, qualified as an individual for regionals this season but did not advance to the championships. Missouri was the only SEC team not to advance to a regional.

"I’m very proud of what we were able to accomplish here at Mizzou, and I leave feeling good that the program is in a better place than what it was when we came in," Drass said in a statement released by the school. "While I will miss Mizzou, I feel now is the right time to turn it over to someone else."
