Sheldon Richardson became the first defensive tackle off the board in the 2013 NFL Draft when the New York Jets selected him with the 13th pick overall. Richardson becomes the sixth Missouri player in five years to be picked in the first round of the draft. The Jets needed an offensive boost, but they just haven't been able to lay off the SEC defenders: they selected Alabama corner Dee Milliner with the ninth pick, then followed up with Sheldon at No. 13. Congrats, Shel. You've been waiting for this moment for quite a while.
