The Trib: Drafted or not, T.J. Moe readyThis past week has been long. I'm starting to get a little anxious. I'm really not nervous, but I want to know where I'm headed. I think at this point it's probably 50-50 whether I get drafted or not. Could go either way.
I do know that by the end of the day Saturday, via the draft or free agency, I should know where I'm going.
Really, that's the point of this whole thing, anyway. Even if I get drafted, I still have to go into training camp, play well and make the team. I certainly think it's always better to get drafted, but I'm confident I can make a team regardless of Saturday's outcome.
My days in Columbia are coming to a close. I am really excited for the next chapter of my life, but I'm really going to miss this city and its people.

Spring
PowerMizzou: Post Spring Thoughts: OffenseOFFENSIVE LINE: And now we get to the real crux of the matter. Yes, quarterback is important. And if Missouri doesn't get good quarterback play, the Tigers aren't going to be very good. But tied into that is how good the line is. First of all, I love the move of Evan Boehm to center. He's your best lineman and your best leader and I like him being the guy that runs the show up front. I know he had one bad day snapping the ball, but I think it was more of an isolated incident than a concern. Doesn't mean he won't have any bad snaps, but I think he'll have far fewer than a year ago. That move also means Mitch Morse can move out to right tackle where I think the was better last year and where I think he can utilize his athleticism. Connor McGovern drew rave reviews in the spring. I think you have to expect him to start at one guard spot. The other one will be manned by either Max Copeland or Mitch Hall, i think. My money is on Hall. Copeland battled his tail off last year and did an admirable job, but the fact is, Hall was offered a scholarship by this staff and Copeland wasn't. You'd like your scholarship players to be able to beat out the walk-ons. Justin Britt is set at left tackle. His health and performance are, to me, the biggest factor in this team's success outside of the quarterback position. Taylor Chappell is likely the third tackle in my opinion.
