No, Roderick Winters is not a four-star linebacker who turns the perceptions tide for Mizzou's 2014 recruiting class. No, he didn't have any other major offers. Yes, we're still banking on the idea that Mizzou is not compromising its standards (athleticism, film, etc.) in sending out offers. Yes, 14 commits before August is rather unprecedented. Yes, this is going to be the lowest-ranked recruiting class in the SEC this year. No, I don't know what to think. Yes, I've written all of this before.
Also: Yes, Roderick Winters has a pretty awesome name. And yes, his Hudl.com film depicts a pretty big hitter and good blitzer. If Mizzou coaches like his measurables and, again, haven't compromised their standards in the process, then it's all good. Welcome, Mr. Winters!
