Obviously we're still in the information gathering stage here, but it appears Jeremy Maclin got hurt pretty badly at the Philadelphia Eagles' training camp today.
The Eagles wide receiver covered his face with a towel as he was wheeled inside. Maclin lay on the ground for about five minutes as the Eagles' medical staff tended to him. Players were visibly upset and coach Chip Kelly stood nearby as Maclin lay flat on his back.
Will try and get you an update on Jeremy Maclin's apparent leg injury. Will probably have to wait until practice ends in over an hour.

At Missouri, Maclin tore his ACL before the 2006 season and was forced to take a redshirt. The injury obviously didn't impact him long-term (to say the least), but while we don't know anything about this injury yet, we know the timing is bad. Maclin is the final year of his current contract.
No good deed goes unpunished. 2 days ago, Maclin told us holding out isnt an effective way to get a new contract: http://t.co/wYUJ6xq2f9
