2013 Mizzou Football: The Tiger receiving corps had a pretty good week

New, comments

Here's your Saturday live thread. Happy EPL day, EPL'ers! (And happy Saturday, non-EPL'ers.)

1. The receiving corps

You can still find the word "drops" in practice reports from time to time, but by all accounts the Mizzou receiving corps had itself a hell of a week, culminating in Thursday's prolific scrimmage. Granted, since camp reports are zero-sum -- if the receivers did well, the defensive backs did poorly -- that is only so much reason for optimism; still, the DBs looked great in the spring game, and now the WRs are getting the upper hand. I guess as long as everybody is landing blows at some point, then I'm happy.
