D'Angelo Allen's hustle was Mizzou's weapon of choice in win over Elon

After Mizzou's narrow victory over Elon last night, fans learned that one of their favorite players had an amusing nickname

After Mizzou's 78-73 win over Elon last night, Keith Shamburger (who has also developed an amusing nickname of his own), was asked about D'Angelo Allen's career high 12 points and 7 rebounds which played a significant role in staving off a furious, second half comeback.

Allen provided a spark with several key rebounds and put back buckets, including this incredibly lucky one off a missed Deuce Bello three pointer.

I should probably remind folks that D'Angelo Allen was listed at 6'6", 190 pounds on many recruiting sites, but according to, he's currently 6'7" and 220 pounds.
