1. SNOW DAY

Thanks in part to last year's epic February cluster****, in which a massive snowstorm hit in the afternoon and virtually every major Columbia road became a logjam, MU classes have been canceled in advance of what is supposed to first be a decent morning snowstorm followed by a heavy afternoon fall. That brought out the best in Twitter last night.

"We’ve got to do what we do. We’re a team that plays in transition. I think we’ve got to continue to try to do that, and then when we don’t have it, I think we’ve got to run good offense. I think we can’t take contested (shots). They thrive on teams taking bad shots, and you just can’t take contested shots against them. You’ve got to be patient and run good offense."

On Florida having four senior starters …

"It’s a big-time luxury. They’ve been through it, and they don’t make mistakes, and they know how to win. Those guys, it doesn’t happen often now where you have older guys that have been through it at that program for four years. It’s a huge luxury."
