Mizzou Links, 6-16-14: J3's in love, and there's a Big 12 reunion at the Sprint Center

Missouri and Oklahoma State will play at the Sprint Center in December (that's allowed??), J3 loves basketball again, Mizzou hosts a four-star receiver prospect, and two former Mizzou Softball players try out for Team USA.

Asked about his offensive role in Anderson’s system — one where post players actually touch the ball in the paint — Williams flashed a wide smile.

"Yeah, man. It’s going to be pretty awesome," he said, one of four times he used the word awesome in a seven-minute interview. "I can score the ball in many places. I’m more comfortable on the block or the elbow but I can move to the wing, too. It’s exciting. He’s using me in different ways, playing the three, playing the four, bringing the ball up the court and using me in numerous ways, like I was used in the past before I got to college. It’s pretty exciting."

"I’m like falling back in love with the game again. That’s pretty awesome."

And isn't this interesting...
