The Push to Bring Mizzou Football to Busch > insideSTL.com - St. Louis Sports, Music, Entertainment and Nightlife > Mizzou Tigers
While bringing Mizzou and Illinois back to town for a football game does not appear to be imminent, because of a suggestion Viverito received from Alden earlier this year, there could be a Missouri football game in St. Louis as early as 2015.
"Mike suggested we take a look at [Arkansas State]," he explained. "We took the step to contact [athletics director] Terry Mohajir at Arkansas State and we've been talking for several months now."
With an opponent (the Red Wolves) and date (Sept. 12) tentatively set, focus shifted to determining the where. With the scenic city skyline as the backdrop and the brand new Ballpark Village right across the street, Busch Stadium would seem to make a lot of sense.
Basketball
8. Jacob Pullen, Kansas State (2007-2011): Pullen arrived in Manhattan, Kan., as part of the same recruiting class as Beasley, and he was a role player during his lone season teaming with him and Bill Walker. Few could have envisioned that Pullen would lead the Wildcats to greater heights after those two more heralded teammates left. In his junior season of 2009-10, he teamed with Denis Clemente in the backcourt and led KansasState to the Elite Eight while averaging 19.1 points. He was more of a solo act his senior season, averaging 20.2 points for a team that lost to Wisconsin in the Round of 32 despite Pullen scoring 38 points. He had 24 points in 24 minutes in his final game against the Tigers.

Really enjoyed this. Leonard Cohen's definitely in the "I respect him more than I enjoy him" category for me, but ... I respect the hell out of him.
