In Tobias Little's statement on twitter he says, "Enlightend Of The Situation Going On At The University Of Missouri And Conversations With My Family. I Have Officially Decided To Open Back Up My Recruiting Process And De-Commit From The University Of Missouri."

"The situation that is going on up at Mizzou has been going on for a week and some days now and I haven't seen any progress so me being an African American, I'm concerned about if I'll be safe up there or not. Therefore just didn't want to risk the long ride and not feel safe or even comfortable up at Missouri."
