Franklin Agbasimere is still learning the game of football. So when you watch his Montverde Academy highlight film, realize that he was making these plays, and these ridiculous hits, without really knowing what he was doing yet.
Mizzou's m.o. in recruiting is finding stud athletes and teaching them football. Agbasimere came to Montverde Academy from Lagos, Nigeria, in a journey well-documented by PowerMizzou's Gabe Dearmond. His story is fascinating, and his upside is absurd. He is already a reckless hitter carved out of granite. Now Barry Odom and Missouri's defensive coaches get to actually teach him what to do. Can't wait to see what this guy is doing in 2017.
