Tyrell Jacobs is a Tiger

There's something endearing about a guy who begins his highlight film with blocked kicks. (And yes, that's plural.)

From a recruiting perspective, Tyrell Jacobs has been a bit of a tweener. Big enough to play tackle in high school at 260 pounds, he has been listed as both an end and a tackle. But one assumes the plan for him at Mizzou is for Pat Ivey to get a hold of him and turn him into a 295-pound tackle prototype. His highlights show loads of potential strength and pursuit ability ... not to mention all sorts of kick-blocking prowess.

Long an Oklahoma commit, Jacobs decommitted from the Sooners in December and found a home in Columbia. Can't wait to see what Craig Kuligowski can do with him.
