Matter: Mizzou offense rusty in first scrimmage.

Lots of shuffling along the offensive line. Connor McGovern played both right guard, his natural position, and some left tackle as the staff continues to look for the best starting five combination and audition tackle candidates. Clay Rhodes and Nate Crawford split the first-team duties at right tackle. Rhodes also got some work at left guard.

"That’s preparation for next year and to see how they handle different spots," Pinkel said. "That hurts continuity a little bit. We just have to do that."
