What's On
I'll give you one guess.
The Trib (David Morrison): Teammates take to Twitter in support of Maty Mauk
And in non-Maty news...
Senior Bowl practice is going well ... for two-thirds of Mizzou participants

2016 Senior Bowl Coverage from Mobile, AL - South Practice Observations Wednesday
Connor McGovern - O-Line Missouri: After getting taken to the ground by Clemson's D.J Reader early in practice, McGovern exited the field with a hamstring injury and was reportedly taken to the hospital for an MRI. His week is likely over.
Boehm and Brothers ran into former Mizzou offensive coordinator Josh Henson.
Great 2 watch @Kentrell_Mizzou @BIGboehmTHEORY do work today at Senior Bowl. Proud of these guys! Good Luck! pic.twitter.com/yfKaP1Ao1w

Brothers certainly caught some eyes.
Mizzou LB Kentrell Brothers: 6-0 5/8, 249 pounds. Underrated player. Had big year for Tigers. #SeniorBowl

Kentrell Brothers moves around better than I thought he would.

@matt_wells16 not sure who the big 3 are. Ragland, Smith and Jack? Give me Kentrell Brothers. So sound as a LB.

Big announcement tonight
I will be announcing at 5 tomorrow
— Trystan Castillo (@TCastillo55) January 26, 2016
Castillo has been committed to Mizzou for quite a while but entertained interest from Iowa State, Minnesota, and others when Gary Pinkel announced his retirement. He by all accounts had a great visit to Columbia this weekend, and I'll be a little bit surprised if he doesn't re-up with Mizzou tonight. Of course, he's a lineman, and it feels like all Mizzou OL commits end up de-committing (sad trombone), so we'll see.
One departure in the books
Michael Fairchild confirms he is a mechanical engineering major. OL told me earlier he left #Mizzou's football team to focus on school.
— Pete Scantlebury (@PeteScantlebury) January 27, 2016
It didn't appear that Fairchild was too far up in the pecking order, so Mizzou probably isn't losing a 2016 starter here, but ... that certainly doesn't help with depth issues. By my count, that leaves Mizzou with 10 returning linemen from last season, 11 if you include twice-signed Tyler Howell.
