Missouri will still have a quarterback wearing No. 7 next season. Incoming juco transfer Jack Lowary is listed on the roster with that #.
— Tod Palmer (@todpalmer) February 22, 2016
Of course, the roster also currently has three players wearing No. 1 - CB Anthony Hines, QB Marvin Zanders, WR Chris Black (Bama transfer)

The Combine approaches
The Trib (David Morrison): Former MU Players at the NFL Combine: A Brief Preview
ILB Kentrell Brothers, 6-0/249
Camp No.: LB03 (Between Oklahoma outside linebacker Devonte Boyd and Mississippi State outside linebacker Beniquez Brown)
CBSSports.com Round Range: 2nd (No. 2 ILB, No. 55 overall)
Needs to Show: He's more of an athletic specimen than people think he is. Brothers is a little short and a little slow to be a prototypical NFL linebacker. He could get stuck with the dreaded "tweener" label that usually gets affixed to outside linebacker/defensive end types.
Barry Odom's a pretty nice guy

Eddie Printz also told me that after Maty Mauk was dismissed in January, Missouri's staff asked him to reconsider his transfer. He declined.

Mizzou's linebackers are going to be super-athletic this year
KTGR: Mizzou spring football preview: The linebackers
You could make a case for Newsom as the team’s 2015 "breakout performer." He’s always had the potential, but last year he turned potential into production, compiling 63 tackles, nine tackles for loss and a couple sacks. The Tigers have some depth at outside linebacker, but it’s relatively unproven.
Ole Miss rematch up tonight
And thankfully, the last game against Stefan Damn Moody.
