From his commitment article:
The 6'2, 175-pound receiver from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California averaged almost 100 yards and a touchdown a game last year, according to SCFA.
Currently ranked a three-star by Rivals, it doesn't appear he has been rated by either 247 or ESPN. He will have three years in which to play two seasons at Mizzou. Collins will be competing with nine other receivers for playing time.
Collins is a good prospect with a good pair of hands and nice overall skill set. He has proven to be a go-to playmaker which should lead to him quickly adapting to the next level.
