Missouri lands Long Snapper commit

Adam Bay from Mesa, Arizona, committed to #Mizzou on Friday. Bay is ranked as the #1 longsnapper by Kohls Kicking, which is the same service that sent Corey Fatony and freshman Tucker McCann to Missouri. Bay chose Missouri over Memphis, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Bay will play in the Under Armour All-America Game on January 1, 2017.

Mizzou Commit Friday Night Highlights

Now some unfortunate news. Missouri commit Pompey Coleman, from Ben Davis HS in Indiana, broke his leg in the season opener. Rich Nye of WTHR reported that Coleman broke his tibia/fibula and luckily had no ligament or nerve damage. Following a successful surgery, Coleman will miss the remainder of his senior season.

Illinois TE Logan Christopherson helped his Lemont HS team to a season opening win with a touchdown catch late in the fourth quarter. There’s a lot of reasons Mizzou fans should be excited about Logan.

Hear it from Logan:

“Won our first game last night against Richards 13-7! Didn't get the ball till the second half - dropped my first pass but made up for it after with a small completion then a first down in the red zone followed by a touchdown in the endzone! 9 pancakes on the night.”

STL QB Rey Estes lays out his goals for the future:

STL WR Jeff Thomas “leaning towards Mizzou” per his head coach, Darren Sunkett.

Texas safety Josh Bledsoe

Even though Dekaney lost, Joshua Bledsoe definitely stood out. He had a 10-yard TD in the Wildcat’s first drive and he made it look easy. Then had an interception in the second quarter. He is quick and plays smart. I look forward to seeing what he can do in the SEC.

New Offer

Jalani Williams, a safety from Parkway North HS, picked up a #Mizzou offer last week. Williams is an unrated class of 2019 safety that currently holds offers from Missouri and Iowa State.
