No. 23 Missouri (man it feels nice typing that out) will face Oklahoma State in the Liberty Bowl at 2:45 p.m. CST on New Years’ Eve in Memphis.

Missouri is one of 11 SEC teams participating in a bowl game this year and one of eight ranked teams in the conference.

This is the third time in program history the Tigers have been selected to play in the Liberty Bowl, and they’ll face a former-Big 12 opponent in the Cowboys.

After two seasons of mediocrity to start Barry Odom’s head coaching tenure, Missouri has made a bowl game for a second straight year with a chance of a nine-win season.
