WELP, it appears Jordan Barnett was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated last night.
I can confirm that #Mizzou senior Jordan Barnett was in custody of the University police overnight. At this point I cannot confirm any more than that. More information as it becomes available today.

Jordan Barnett was never taken to Boone County Jail. He was released on his signature promising to appear before a court, according to MUPD PIO.

Not to jump too far ahead, but that’s almost a guaranteed suspension for the senior who is, or was, on the verge of his first NCAA Tournament appearance.
Barnett has averaged 13.7 points per game this season, second on the team to fellow senior Kassius Robertson, along with 5.9 rebounds and 1.1 rebounds. He has shot 41 percent from 3-point range. He averaged 15.7 points per game over the final seven contests of the regular season before struggling against Georgia in Missouri’s SEC Tournament loss on Thursday.
More as this develops, obviously, but MAN, THIS STINKS — and it stinks for Barnett most of all.
