We took to Twitter again this week to ask a simple question: Who is the greatest individual athlete in Mizzou history? The wording had some people debating what qualifies for an individual athlete, but for this poll, we stuck to non-team centric sports. The results were close at the top. With over 1,100 votes, J’den Cox received 47% of the votes, Karissa Schweizer had 43% of the votes, Ben Askren 7%, and had 3% of the votes. Some people were surprised at the gap between the groups. What do you think?
Here’s the poll:

Non-Team Sport! We did not clarify this, but after reading some replies, I can see where the confusion came from.
It's between these two:

Cox: 3 NCAA championships, 4 time All American, 1 Olympic Bronze
Schweizer: 6 NCAA championships, also owns three collegiate records

I voted Cox but Askten and Cantwell being so ignored shows we’re all just prisoners of the moment.

This idea came up a few times. Do you think we are being prisoners of the moment here?
Damn that's a tough poll to chose from.

Thank you, Chris! We thought so as well... But hey, the polls are anonymous! So you have that going for you, which is nice.
So, we now ask you. What do you say?
