While the win over Georgia was expected, the way it transpired was not. Mizzou used a huge second half run to come back from 20 points down to beat the Bulldogs. Certainly they’re looking to carry that late second half momentum into a tough road game against the South Carolina Gamecocks.

South Carolina comes into the game with a 12-8 record and 91st in Kenpom’s rankings, as well as 4-3 in in the conference. They’re coming off back-to-back wins against Vanderbilt and Arkansas, and have beaten Kentucky and Texas A&M. All of South Carolina’s losses in conference play have been of the good kind, to Florida, Tennessee, and Auburn. They do have ugly losses to Stetson and Boston University, both at home. So they can be vulnerable.
