Final: Vanderbilt 21, Missouri 14

Just a bad loss. Not much to say other than that. The Commodores outplayed the Tigers all game long. Any SEC East championship talk needs to be shelved unless Georgia and Florida somehow both get upset again somewhere down the line.

3:31 Q4: Vanderbilt trying to run this one out here. Forces Missouri to use a timeout. Tigers are going to need a lot of luck if they want to win this one.

1:37 Q3: Cameron Wilkins gets a HUGE interception and then Larry Rountree III runs in a 6-yard touchdown on the next play. Missouri has some momentum now and this one is tied 14-14.

2:48 Q3: Tyree Gillespie called for targeting, he’s ejected and will miss this first half of next week’s matchup with Kentucky. The replay looks bad, just a really unnecessary hit by Gillespie. He’s a really big part of this defense and should know better than to do that. Martez Manuel in his place now.

Halftime: Missouri trails Vanderbilt 14-7. The defense is playing well for the most part but the offense is lost out there. Something about road games is tripping this team up.

4:30 Q2: Some updates on Albert O: He’s out of the medical tent and was jogging for a trainer on the sideline. Now he’s sitting with the tight ends. No word on his status but it’s looking like it might not be so bad.

9:03 Q2: Missouri finally gets on the board. The Tigers tie the score at 7 after a 4-yard connection between Kelly Bryant and Albert Okwuegbunam. A 55-yard pass to Kam Scott helped set up that play. The offense is finally starting to wake up.

1:14 Q1: Tucker McCann misses a field goal from 50 yards out. Points are pretty hard to come by today.

2:54 Q1: Nothing happening yet. We’re still scoreless. But it’s fine. Everything is fine.
