GAME THREAD: Missouri at Xavier

Final: Although they showed fight, Missouri fell apart in overtime, losing 58 to 63 at Xavier. The Tigers drop to 2-1. Dru Smith double-doubled, leading the Tigers with 22 points, ten rebounds and four assists. The Tigers will face the Wofford Terriers on November 18th back at Mizzou Arena.

End of regulation: The Tigers are going into overtime with the score knotted at 51.

2H 12:30- Missouri seems to be finding its rhythm, tying the game at 34. Points are being spread around with the first five baskets of the half all from different scorers.

Half- The Tigers went on a 9-1 run to close out the first. Mark Smith hit a buzzer beater three point shot, closing out the half. The Tigers are shooting 7/27 from the field and Mark Smith leads the team with six points. Xavier is up 28-21

1H 4:58- The Tigers have racked up 11 turnovers, shooting 4/20 from the field and 0-6 from deep. Xavier is beginning to extend their lead up 25-12.

1H 15:06- Missouri quickly logged five turnovers and in a familiar bad dream, Jeremiah Tilmon racked up two fouls less than five minutes in.

Missouri is off to a good start this year after winning their first two home games. But things get sticky and fast with a road trip against a top 25 team on the road.
