Brock claimed offers from Memphis and Auburn, in addition to Missouri — which offered during its junior day event on Saturday. Brock, however, is a 2019 recruit and becomes a late addition that class.
Per Gabe DeArmond of PowerMizzou.com, this is a preferred walk-on situation:

How Brock fits in with Missouri
With Tucker McCann entering his final season at Missouri, Brock’s addition gives him time to prepare to take over in 2020. Brock is likely facing a redshirt year, but with the uncertainty at punter (and the addition of a preferred walk-on punter earlier on Sunday), Brock may get a look there in 2019.
