Mizzou Baseball to sweat out selection day
It’s Memorial Day, and most of us are enjoying a day off work. Mizzou’s baseball squad, however, will be one of many teams hoping that their work year won’t end at 12 p.m. ET.
TOMORROW!

With one week left in the regular season, the Tigers looked like a lock for the tournament. But after losing four of their last five, getting swept in the final series and bowing out in the SEC Tournament’s opening round, their fate is very much up in the air. If you go by two of America’s biggest projection sites, the Tigers will be on the outside looking in.
However, if the Tigers are left out of the Road to Omaha, it won’t be because they went quietly.

Is this Jefferson City, because there’s a whole lot of lobbying going on here.
Regardless of how this ends, the Tigers can’t feel good about their performance to end the year. A shot in the NCAA Tournament would allow them to redeem themselves for missed opportunities. Otherwise, it’ll be another long offseason and more questions for Steve Bieser as his teams continue to improve with no postseason success.

- The beat is pretty recruiting dominant this Memorial Day. 2020 four-star athlete Dillon Johnson narrowed his list to six schools, and the good guys made the cut.
For the Next 2 months, I will be focusing my attention on theses 6 Schools Until I commit.#GodsPlan @Hayesfawcett3 pic.twitter.com/5Dd7ArKTlJ

- Happy Memorial Day to y’all. I hope you spend it with friends and family (or both!) To those that have spent time in the military, thank you for your service. And for those of you remembering those who’ve passed, may today be one of fond memory.
