Missouri looks to continue their modest win streak as they travel down south to Oxford and get ready to do battle with the Rebels...

Second half notes:

  • Jeremiah Tilmon continues to immensely struggle from the free throw line
  • Ole Miss kept the hot shooting hand to begin the second half
  • The Rebels were unstoppable from the midrange and opened on a 13-0 run
  • Missouri left a lot of points at the free throw line, Missouri was 3 for their first 10
  • The Rebels were scorching from deep
  • Pinson was virtually nowhere to be found tonight
  • The Tigers were destroyed on the boards: Ole Miss out rebounded Missouri 21 to 15
  • Ole Miss extended their lead to 24 points, their largest of the night
  • Ole Miss shot the ball very well all game, but Missouri’s defense was nowhere to be seen either
  • Missouri was blown out, despite shooting48 percent from the field and 42 percent from three

First half notes:

  • Missouri opened the game with two threes (a good sign to come)
  • Every time the Rebels double team Tilmon, someone is open for three
  • Missouri got a lot of good looks early
  • The Rebels came out the gates hot (8 out of their first 10 shots fell)
  • Kobe Brown looked aggressive
  • Dru Smith continues to be Missouri’s most consistent threat from deep he hit three in the first half
  • Ole Miss could be suffocating at times on the defensive end
  • Javon Pickett was a perfect 2-2 from deep, Missouri was an impressive 6-12
  • When Missouri managed to get the ball to Tilmon, good things happened
  • Despite not being a great scoring team, the Rebels offense decided to show up in the first half
  • Missouri got sloppy on offense to end the half, turning the ball over consecutive times.
