It was a night of redemption for the Missouri Tigers. No one on the Missouri roster had ever beaten the Kentucky Wildcats. That fact changed tonight.
In a defensive, grind-it-out kind of game, the polar opposite of their win over LSU, Mizzou was able to reign victorious over a Kentucky team that came to Columbia on a hot streak.
The defense played their best game of the year and Connor Bazelak and Larry Rountree III led a methodical offense to beat one the best defensive team sin the conference.
Next week, the 2-2 Tigers make a trip to Gainsville to see if they can extend the win streak to three.
