Sam Snelling and Matthew J Harris return for another episode to talk some Mizzou Hoops and the 4-0 Tigers! Mizzou has gotten off to a strong start and there looks to be a lot of hope for the rest of the season but a TOUGH task awaits Mizzou on Saturday as Illinois comes to town. SO, let’s continue the preview of Braggin’ Rights in what will hopefully be a good game for the Tigers. Sure, Sam and Matt touched on Braggin’ Rights last week, but you can never preview this game too much, right?

As always, Sam and Matt discuss other Mizzou Hoops happenings as well as their thoughts on what we have seen so far and other happenings involving Mizzou Athletics. One topic of discussion is: Which game on Saturday would be the biggest win? Georgia or Illinois? Let’s dive in.

Episode Breakdown:

:45- 17:40: Sam has a bourbon in hand, Matt has a diet Dr. Pepper in hand so we are ready to roll! Mizzou is still undefeated after their win over Liberty this week. Mizzou also had a nice win over Wichita State on Sunday. What are the takeaways from the latest run of games?

17:41 - 26:20: It has been a bit of a bumpy couple of games for Xavier Pinson. Pinson is a guy that can take the team to a lot of places they otherwise wouldn’t go and getting him back on track would be beneficial to Mizzou.

26:21 - 48:47: Alright, let’s preview Braggin’ Rights! ICYMI, last week, Sam and Matt also touched on Braggin’ Rights a bit, which you can see here. BUT, here are some more thoughts and preview notes to get you ready for Saturday.

48:48 - 59:30: This leads to another question that also sparks some talk about Mizzou Athletics. Which game is bigger on Saturday? Georgia or Illinois? There is a Twitter poll about this too! Can Missouri invest enough into their football and basketball programs to be on that elite level many want it to be?

59:31 - END: Matt WILL NOT REST until SLU is on the schedule (which may take some time, but we will continue to try). Also, final thoughts from the crew before they wrap up and we’ll see you next week!
