Mizzou News for Thursday, May 7

It’s time for a little Mizzou Football flashback for you guys in today’s links.

From Mizzou Football’s Twitter account, here’s a video highlight from the 2014 season of Marcus Murphy’s kick-off touchdown return against Florida in The Swamp. Enjoy!

That win was the start of a six-game winning streak, eventually leading the Tigers to back-to-back SEC Titles.

Yeah, and that game was SO weird, y’all. Florida led 283-119 in total yards and 17-7 in first downs. But despite only scoring ONE offensive touchdown (by Marcus Murphy, of course!) Missouri completely dominated Florida in The Swamp 42-13.

Brandon Lee, who was a redshirt freshman on that 2014 team, has now accepted an internship with the NCAA! Here’s what Lee had to say about being #MizzouMade:

And are you ready for some more 2007 Mizzou memories? Be sure to tune into Sirius XM SEC Radio today at noon! Hear from Gary Pinkel, Chase Daniel, Jeremy Maclin, Blaine Gabbert, and host Aaron Murray on the show as they look back on the 2007 season.

Onto the links!
