Such sweet music, wouldn’t you agree?
In addition, in case you didn’t see, our Twitter account went (small-time) viral for making fun of the non-top-25 school a few hours to the west!

But enough bragging. After all, we’re nothing if not a humble Top 10 program. To the other Mizzou Hoops news of the day...
Mitchell Forde recapped the past week of SEC action for PowerMizzou, noting Mizzou’s upset win over Alabama as the focal point of the week.
In his weekly ranking of the regional hoops programs, Jeff Gordon still has Missouri behind Illinois, though he believes getting the Smiths and Xavier Pinson going at the same time could change things. Just focusing on the SEC, though, Dave Matter asked some of the more ambitious questions of the season such as: Is Mizzou the best team in the SEC? Is Cuonzo Martin the frontrunner for Coach of the Year? Who’s getting All SEC honors?
Finally — and this is only tangentially related to the team’s success — Dru Smith is once again your SEC Player of the Week.

Technically he’s a Co-Player of the Week this time, but who cares about semantics?
