Nothing like some good news on a random spring Wednesday morning. Tristan Wilson, one of the top Offensive Linemen from the state of Missouri decided to commit to Mizzou. The big fella from Lebanon, MO made his announcement this morning as he decided to stay home and play for his home-state team. Wilson has been a bit of a late riser in the process with recent offers from schools like Alabama and Arkansas.

We’ve done the whole Offensive Line prospect from Lebanon, MO before and it’s worked out quite well, so why not go back to the well again?
Get to know: Tristan Wilson
Hometown: Lebanon, MO
High School: Lebanon
Position: Offensive Line
Ht/Wt: 6’5, 295lbs
Rivals Ranking: 3-star, 5.6
247Composite Ranking: 3-star, 0.8577
Total announced offers: 15
Offers to note: Alabama, Miami, Arkansas
He’s a big, athletic kid with a nasty streak. Uses his hands fairly well, and has some really nice footwork to match. He’s a mauler, if you will. Lebanon did a lot of running the ball, so that’s something he’s going to be used to doing. There isn’t a lot of film on his pass blocking, but he has some of the tools needed to be successful whether that be as a guard or a tackle.
What they’re saying:
We knew something was up when the bat signal went up from the head honcho himself:
