Is the NFL Draft this week? No! Are we previewing it anyway? Yes!
Things are a little slow on the old Mizzou News home front these days. The basketball transfer portal has slowed down, recruiting is at a low simmer and the non-revenue sports are chugging along until they get to the postseason.
That means we’ve got about a week to kill before we reach the next big talking point for football which is, of course, the NFL Draft. So what better way to kill that time than by talking about it!
This week is unofficially NFL Draft preview week, meaning you’re going to be seeing a whole lot of this guy this week:

Nate and the football team have a plethora of football content heading your way this week, including NFL Draft profiles of most all the Mizzou Tiger entrants. BK was teasing some of his research on Twitter yesterday (as he is known to do):
#Mizzou DB Joshuah Bledsoe hasn't officially tested, but he'll be an interesting chess piece for an NFL defensive coordinator. pic.twitter.com/2FjxgXGi8r

So stick around at Rock M this week if you like football, because we’ll have plenty of it. That is, until the rest of Missouri’s basketball team inevitably transfers out (including the guys who just transferred in).
I’m kidding. I think. (Editor’s note: Josh. NO.)

In addition to being leaders on the team, Wilmes and Wert are big at the plate.

Wilmes has more than 200 career hits and finish top 5 in program history in a number of categories.
Wert has 35 career homers, seventh in program history, and could pass Jen Bruck's record of 47
Those are some big names returning for Anderson, who still has a really solid team heading into the postseason.
- There appears to be at least one scout service that has its eye on Joshuah Bledsoe ahead of next week’s draft.
Missouri S Joshuah Bledsoe (@jiggybled) has a relatively high floor & projects as a big-nickel defender. Bledsoe offers good value to an NFL team who maximizes his short area lateral explosiveness vs shallow pass concepts & his ability to trigger downhill quickly in the run game. pic.twitter.com/s2GUTYRvoD
