Keep stacking those awards!

For one final time in this regular season, Mizzou Football was well-represented in the SEC Player of the Week awards after their 48-14 win over Arkansas on Black Friday for their 10th victory.

Cody “The Schredder” Schrader, the SEC’s leading rusher has been named SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week alongside Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe.

Schrader rushed for a career-high 217 yards on 27 attempts with one rush TD. It was Schrader’s fifth consecutive 100-plus yard rushing game — and eighth of the season.

On the defensive side, junior linebacker Triston Newson was named SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week.

Starting in place of Butkus Award finalist Ty’Ron Hopper, Newson produced in a big way with a career-high 15 tackles (two TFLs) and a pair of fumble recoveries.

And Jayden Jernigan was named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week after returning a fumble for a touchdown to make it 41-0.

The Week 13 trio of Schrader, Newson, and Jernigan join Mizzou’s impressive list of player of the week honors. Here’s a rundown of Mizzou Football’s SEC Players of the Week all throughout the regular season:
