Volleyball off to Lincoln!

It has been a resounding successful season for Mizzou Volleyball under first-year head coach (and co-SEC Coach of the Year) Dawn Sullivan, as the program has clinched their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2020. The Tigers will begin their tournament run in the Lincoln Regional on Friday (tomorrow) as the No. 8 seed against Delaware at 4:30 p.m. CST on ESPN+.

Yesterday, the team had their send-off to Lincoln in front of plenty of fans outside the Hearnes Center.

Our volleyball writer Matthew Gustafson was in attendance for some coverage:

Desiree Reed-Francois was in attendance in full support, and Dennis Gates was there as well!

Plus, more pictures and highlights from the Mizzou Volleyball account:

If Missouri advances on Friday against Delaware, what lies ahead of them is (more than likely) a date with the No. 1 overall seed Nebraska Cornhuskers who is a remarkable 28-1 on the season.

In more volleyball news — congrats to junior Lauren Forbes was named to the SEC Community Service Team.

Big things going on right now for Mizzou Volleyball.

Onto the links. But first, the Mizzou Football Week 12 Mini-Movie vs Arkansas. It’s yet another must-watch.
