Mizzou Football Staff Hints at Huge Recruiting News as National Signing Day Approaches

National Signing Day is just around the corner and the recruiting momentum around the Mizzou Football program is off the charts right now.

Eli Drinkwitz and the staff has added to their 2024 recruiting class with the commitment of three-star offensive tackle Caleb Pyfrom.

While there was just only one commitment on Monday, expect plenty more to come on the way — as the staff’s bat signals would indicate:

If you haven’t heard by now, the expectation of all of this hype is for Oklahoma transfer Cayden Green:

In other news, congrats to Head Coach Eli Drinkwitz who has been named one of the five finalists for The Dodd Trophy: Drinkwitz joins Kaleb DeBoer (Washington), Jedd Fish (Arizona), Mike Norvell (Florida State), and Nick Saban (Alabama) up for this award.

Meanwhile, Javon Foster, Luther Burden, and Kris Abrams-Draine have been named Pro Football Focus’ Second Team All-Americans.

After a breakthrough 10-win season, Brady Cook and Luther Burden returning, plus some key additions in the transfer portal — there will certainly be high expectations heading into next season. Saturday Down South agrees, as Mizzou comes in at No. 5 in their way too early SEC Power Rankings:
