Offers committing elsewhere
Ripping the band-aid off:
Jaevon McQuitty
Big time Mizzou target and local four-star wide receiver Jaevon McQuitty, from Battle High School in Columbia, Missouri, announced his commitment to Nebraska Saturday morning. McQuitty's first offer came from the Cornhuskers all the way back in April of 2015. Mizzou did not offer the Battle wide reciever until nearly a year later in late February. McQuitty had recently visited Mizzou for Junior Day on February 27 before committing to Nebraska. This commitment has the potential to sway other Mizzou targets as Kamryn Babb and Dallas Craddieth recently spent time at Nebraska.
Oscar Gamble: There's still a long time until National Signing Day and the feeling I get is McQuitty's recruitment is not done, especially not from the Missouri side of things. He's basically the easiest recruit for Andy Hill to keep in touch with and although Missouri likely won't be targeting many receivers in the 2017 class, McQuitty's dynamic ability is not lost on the coaching staff.
Daulton Hyatt
The three-star quarterback from Attalla, Alabama committed to Arkansas late Saturday night. Hyatt had received an offer from Missouri on February 3 and more recently showed interest towards the Tigers. Hyatt holds offers from Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Purdue, and West Virginia among others.
Oscar Gamble: With Hyatt's commitment, Missouri is still looking for a quarterback for this next recruiting class. Of the six known offers out to quarterbacks, four have already committed so I expect we'll be seeing some new QBs offered soon.

TJ Kennedy (6'4, 330 lbs) is a 2018 offensive lineman from Lee's Summit, Missouri. Kennedy got to talk to Connor McGovern on Saturday. He just got a Rivals KC invite and will do FBU's Combine on April 2 and will be at Iowa for lineman camps in June. He does not currently hold an offer from Mizzou but I'm told he's just enjoying the recruiting process right now and will likely be making more unofficial visits to Mizzou soon.
