Bishop Miege receiver Jafar Armstrong commits to Mizzou | The Kansas City Star
"I’ve always been a fan of Missouri," Armstrong said. "I’ve been to many games and I’ve been a diehard fan since I moved here." He was born in Los Angeles, but moved to Kansas City as a second-grader and now lives in Lee’s Summit.
Armstrong caught 65 passes for 1,262 yards and 15 touchdowns as a junior in 2015, helping Bishop Miege go 12-1. That came after he racked up 1,205 receiving yards on 53 catches as a sophomore.
You'll recognize Bishop Miege as the school that #TrueSon, consensus All-American, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, first round pick and Super Bowl Champ Shane Ray attended.
Other Mizzou commits took notice, including Indianapolis lineman Pompey Coleman..

Armstrong took part in the Rivals camp a few weeks ago, you can catch a glimpse of him here:
Missouri's Recruiting Hot Board
Armstrong's commitment probably concludes Missouri's wide receiver recruitment unless East St. Louis receiver Jeff Thomas decides to commit - I've heard that Mizzou remains strongly in the hunt for the elite St. Louis recruit but academics could force him the JUCO route before ending up in Columbia. Congrats and welcome to the Zou Jafar!
