Missouri football recruiting: New offers and visitors for Georgia Week

Rounding up the latest in Missouri football recruiting news.

Georgia week visitors

On September 17, Missouri will welcome Kirby Smart and Georgia into Columbia for both teams' SEC opener. While UGA has bested Missouri in 2014 and 2015, Barry Odom's squad will look to upset the #16 Dawgs after gaining momentum following a big win over Eastern Michigan last Saturday. With so much importance surrounding this game, many recruits will be watching or attending the game.

The below list is not comprehensive, and we'll probably hear more as the week continues.

2018 three-star defensive end and recent Missouri de-commit Daniel Parker of Blue Springs, MO will be in attendance on Saturday.

2017 three-star athlete and top Missouri commit Da'Ron Davis will also be in attendance.

Tyrik Henderson, a 2018 three-star cornerback and Missouri target, also voiced his intentions about the game. While not committed to Missouri, Henderson is big on the Tigers and indicated his interest in the team earlier this week.

Mizzou commit Rey Estes will be in attendance Saturday, along with a certain blue-chip teammate.

Friday Night Highlights

Not a whole lot to report from Missouri recruits this week, as several had disappointing losses including DaRon Davis' Lee Summit North fell to 0-4. Fortunately it seems he's a big fan of Drew Lock.

Mizzou quarterback commit Rey Estes helped lead the East St. Louis Flyers to a 58-13 win over Alton to improve to 3-0.

Mizzou safety/linebacker commit Aubrey Miller posted some new HUDL highlights after his Whitehaven Tigers improved to 4-0.
