The recruiting momentum for Mizzou Football continued today with the commitment from of the top all purpose backs in the 2020 class:

Young is rated as a consensus 3-star recruit, and the 6th best all-purpose back in the class, and a top 15 player in the state of Tennessee. A native of Knoxville, most had thought the Volunteers would be the team to beat for his pledge. That was until he had a chance to visit the University of Missouri this past weekend which was enough for Young to make his commitment. That and he likes winning 50-17, rather than being on the other side of those drubbings.
Young is the second running back commitment and provides a nice compliment to the bruising style of Texas native Dominique Johnson. Young is a burner who could fit in nicely behind Tyler Badie in that role of the dual threat back in Missouri’s offense.
