The lifeblood of any college football program is recruiting, and it never stops. One of Missouri’s primary targets in the defensive backfield has been Daylan Carnell, from Indianapolis. And today, Coach Eli Drinkwitz reeled in the highly-rated cornerback from Ben Davis High School.

Missouri was fortunate enough to get Carnell on campus March 7 just before the Coronavirus put a moratorium on in-person contact. The visit happening prior to lockdown put the Tigers in a prime position and it appears they’ve been able to hold onto that lead by securing the commitment today.
