In keeping with Cuonzo Martin’s tradition of moving very stealthily in his pursuit of players, a very public commitment from target and St. Louis area native, Brandon McKissic, to the Florida Gators was quickly rebutted by the commitment of a player few knew Mizzou was even in contact with: DaJuan Gordon, former Kansas State Wildcat.

In a move that feels strangely like the player to be named later in the Mark Smith trade to K-State, Gordon is a talented wing who hails from Chicago, having played his high school ball at Curie High School.
