Texas DE TaQuon Graham picks up Mizzou offer

TaQuon Graham is a 6'4", 240 lb defensive end from Temple, Texas.

Rivals: 3*247: 4*Scout: 4*

According to 247Sports, Graham picked up his first offers from TCU, Kansas, and Tulsa in May.  He followed those offers with more offers from Georgia, Nebraska, Cal, Oklahoma State, Texas, Arizona State, Baylor, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, USC, Ole Miss, Kansas State, and Missouri.

Graham is a big time recruit. Rivals ranks him as the #13 WDE and the #39 player in Texas.  247Sports ranks him as the #11 WDE, the #24 player in Texas, and the #173 player nationally.  Scout ranks him as the #11 DE, the #3 DE in Texas, and the #136 player nationally.  To put it into perspective, just to break the top 100 in the state of Texas is an amazing feat, 247Sports lists the top 169 players in Texas all as three-stars or better.

247Sports predicts that Graham will end up in Austin with the Texas Longhorns.  Graham is also interested in Baylor and TCU.  The Bears are recruiting Graham through defensive line coach Chris Achuff.  According to 247Sports, Graham is set to attend the Longhorns' Junior Day on February 27.
