Jordan Clarkson had himself a lovely rookie season, peaking late and landing on some NBA all-rookie teams. But one NBA writer thinks Clarkson could end up better than a certain No. 1 pick from a couple hours west of Columbia.
Lakers have the NBA's Best Under-23 Core: Russell, Randle, Clarkson.— Chris Palmer (@ChrisPalmerNBA) July 6, 2015
Jordan Clarkson is a monster. Made NBA 1st Team All-Rookie on last 20 games alone. Will be better than Wiggins. Fact.— Chris Palmer (@ChrisPalmerNBA) July 6, 2015
Per 36 Minutes: Clarkson (No. 46) 17.1 ppg, 5 apg, 4.7 rpg; Wiggins (No. 1) 16.8, 2.8, 4.5; (Drops mic) Oh.— Chris Palmer (@ChrisPalmerNBA) July 6, 2015
Palmer's no stranger to making bold statements on the Internet, but ... Jordan was pretty damn awesome last year. I wouldn't complain if he ended up right about this one.
