The Trib (Behind the Stripes): Frazier cleared to join Tigers
How are you approaching entering the defensive end situation?
"My game plan is kind of to get around the returning D-line guys, just get into that culture and let them know I want to learn everything I can as fast as I can. I know it's going to be a process but I know, talent-wise all that stuff's going to work out, but I know I should be around the guys as much as possible. I don't know how summer really works, but if we do have film sessions or one-on-one walkthroughs on the field, be really attentive during those times so I can soak up as much information as possible.
"I feel like my abilities, that'll be fine. But I need to learn their system as soon as possible."
There was never any TRUE doubt (for me, at least) regarding whether Frazier would eventually qualify, but it's certainly nice to make it official. Mizzou needs all the defensive ends it can get thanks to Marcus Loud's dismissal. Here was the spring depth chart at the position:
1st: Charles Harris (So.), Marcus Loud (So.)
2nd: Rocel McWilliams (RSFr.), Spencer Williams (RSFr.)
3rd: Walter Brady (RSFr.), Justin Grava (Jr., walk-on)
Frazier joins freshman Nate Howard as 2015 signees who could play a role. Tackle Rickey Hatley has spent a decent amount of time at end in his career, and other 2015 signees Terry Beckner Jr., Josh Moore, and Tyrell Jacobs could all end up playing some sort of situational role. Regardless, this is a greeeeeeeen position, and Frazier's inclusion was vital.
Recruiting has slowed down
No commitments in, like, a couple of weeks?? RECRUITING IS FALLING APART! Regardless, here are some recent PowerMizzou links:

Rivals: Three stand out for Thomas
We've been hearing about East St. Louis receiver Jeff Thomas for a while, and Mizzou was on him from the start. He's the No. 63 player in the country according to Rivals' early 2017 list, and Mizzou's in good shape ... with two immense heavyweights (Alabama, Florida State) putting up a fight. This will be a long recruitment. It kind of already has been.
It's not hard to see why he's getting hype.

The Players' Tribune: Thank You, Atlanta
The biggest reason why I was able to play my best basketball in Atlanta is because of the organization’s player development. All of the coaches worked hard to make every guy on this roster better, and they deserve a lot of credit for our team’s improvement this year.
Kenny Atkinson pushed me to take my game to another level. Darvin Ham shared the tricks he picked up during his long NBA career to help me develop my skills around the basket. And then there was Quin Snyder, who was the first coach who took me under his wing while he was an assistant here.
The big difference between regular NBA players and superstars isn’t just talent, but the way they train. Quin and I just kind of clicked right away when I came to the Hawks, and he began working with me to develop skills that I hadn’t really touched before. His belief in me built up my confidence so much. [...]
Towards the end of the season, it felt right to try the move again and this time I made the shot. Then I heard Coach Bud yell, "Good job, Quin! That’s how you develop a player!" Coach Bud always had a way of coming around if you made a play.
I appreciated Quin because he encouraged me to take risks, and that really meant a lot because no other NBA coach had given me that opportunity.
